13 YUMMIES

YUMMY # 1

CHOCOLATE

Ammo:

1. Raw cacao butter


2. Raw coconut oil
3. Raw cacao powder
4. Honey

Articles:

1. A freezer
2. An ice tray
3. Two bowls: 8 oz. and 2 quarts
4. Spoon
5. Hot water

Action:

1. Put equal amounts of cacao butter and coconut oil into the 8 oz. bowl.
2. Boil a quart of hot water.
3. Pour the hot water into the 2 quart bowl.
4. Put the 8 oz. bowl into the hot water. Be careful not to let any hot water into the bowl.
5. Melt the cacao butter and coconut oil. Mix them up.
6. Spoon in cacao powder.
7. Use the same spoon to put the melted stuff into the ice tray.
8. Put into Freezer. Wait ten minutes.
9. Take out of freezer, immediately pop the cold chocolate out of the mold.
10. Pour honey on top to taste.

YUMMY # 2

NUT MILK

Ammo:

1. Nuts of any kind: cashews or almonds or pine nuts or Brazil nuts or walnuts or...
2. Water
3. Honey

Articles:

1. Blender
2. Nut bag

Action:

1. Soak nuts in water in a bowl for 2 hours or longer. Overnight is ok.


2. Put in blender, add honey, and blend on high until smooth.
3. Pour milk through nut bag, squeeze out liquid into bowl. That's your nut milk.
4. Save the nuts in the bag in another bowl to make cookies.
5. Drink & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.

COCONUT MILK

Ammo:
Instead of nuts use a hard, mature coconut.

Action:

1. Crack it open with a hammer.


2. Scoop out the white meat with a spoon.
3. Follow the above steps.

BANANA ICE CREAM

Ammo:

1. Two over ripe bananas *


2. A handful of almonds
3. 6 oz. of coconut milk **
4. Ten ice cubes
5. Honey

Articles:

1. A blender
2. A spoon

Action:

1. Put all the ingredients together in the blender.


2. Turn blender on high until all is smooth like ice cream.
3. Eat & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines

Note: * Use the kind of banana that the adults think should be thrown out. That's the best
kind. You know, the skin is all brown and black, it's been sitting there for a long time,
that's when it's sweet to perfection.

** You already know how to make coconut milk from Yummy # 2.


YUMMY # 4

COOKIES

Ammo:

1. Nuts or coconut in the nut bag after the milk has been squeezed out
2. Almond meal
3. Honey

Articles:

1. Mixing bowl
2. Thick wax paper
3. The sun

Action:
1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl.
2. Shape into little cookies the size you like.
3. Place on the wax paper.
4. Put under the sun.
5. Once one side is dry, carefully turn it over to dry the other side.
6. Eat & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.

CHOCOLATE MACAROONS

Ammo:

1. Dried raw coconut flakes


2. Raw cacao powder
3. Raw coconut oil
4. Honey

Articles:

1. Bowl
2. Spoon
3. Thick wax paper
4. The sun

Action:

1. Mix all in a bowl.


2. Shape into little balls.
3. Place on wax paper.
4. Place under the sun.
5. Turn under the sun to dry the other side.
6. Eat & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.
YUMMY # 6

JUICE

Ammo:

1. Any kind of fruits or veggies


2. Water
3. Honey, salt or cayenne pepper

Articles:

1. Blender
2. Nut Bag

Action:

1. Chop up fruits or vegetables.


2. Place in blender, along with some water.
3. Blend at high speed.
4. Strain through nut bag.
5. Add honey if you want it to be sweeter, add salt if you want it to be salty and yes, add
cayenne pepper if you want something spicy!
6. Drink & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.

CRACKERS

Ammo:

1. The leftover fruits or veggies in the nut bag after making Yummy # 6
2. Raw flax seeds
3. Raw flax seed meal
4. Salt
5. Honey

Articles:

1. Mixing bowl
2. Spoon
3. Thick wax paper
4. The sun

Action:

1. Mix all the stuff in mixing bowl.


2. Shape into flat, thin squares.
3. Place under the sun.
4. Turn over when one side is dry.
5. Eat & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.
YUMMY # 8

MILKSHAKE

Ammo:

1. Nut milk
2. Banana ice cream
3. Honey

Articles:

1. Blender

Action:

1. Mix goodly amount of milk and ice cream and add honey if needed.
2. Blend at low speed for a while.
3. Pour in glass.
4. Add a few ice cubes.
5. Drink & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.
YUMMY # 9

SODA

Ammo:

1. Fruit or veggie juice


2. ¼ teaspoon of live culture yogurt
3. Honey or salt or cayenne pepper *

Articles:

1. Glass
2. Refrigerator

Action:

1. Mix juice and yogurt.


2. Place in refrigerator for three to four days,
3. Test it often to see when it starts to go fizzy. **
3. Drink & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.

* As you might have already suspected: honey makes sweet soda, salt makes salty soda
and cayenne pepper makes spicy soda! Nice!!

** Sometimes, it will take longer or shorter for the juice to get fizzy. Once it's fizzy, it
only stays fizzy for a day, so drink it fast! Timing is very important!

SALAD DRESSING

Ammo:

1. Soda
2. Nut Milk
3. Water
4. Black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt.
5. Olive Oil
6. Limon juice
7. Honey

Articles:

1. Mixing bowl
2. Glass bottle

Action:

1. Mix all the stuff together.


2. Put in bottle.
3. Shake.
4. Pour on salad or anything that might be good buried under it or spread on bread.
5. Eat & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.
YUMMY # 11

JAM

Ammo:

1. Fruits of any kind: Strawberry makes strawberry jam. You get the picture: mixed
fruits makes, yep, you guessed it Light Worker: mixed fruits jam.
2. Lots of honey
3. Very small amount of salt

Articles:

1. Mixing bowl
2. Blender
3. Glass jar *
4. Refrigerator

Action:

1. Smash up the fruits into a mess.


2. Mix messy, runny fruits with honey or agave and salt.
3. Put in blender and mix at slow speed.
4. Put in refrigerator for a day.
5. Spread on bread or put on top of ice cream.
6. Eat & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.

* If you want to keep the jam for a few months, you can get jam jars. Follow the
instructions on the jars. If you do it before funny, black-brown-grey fungus starts to grow
on the edges, you can put it in any glass jar you find around the house and keep it in the
refrigerator. Now you can keep it in the freezer for a few months! Jam made in the
summer comes in really handy in the winter!
YUMMY # 12

YOGURT

Ammo:

1. Coconut or nut milk


2. Live culture yogurt
3. Honey

Articles:

1. Small pot
2. Stove
3. Glass jar (4 oz. size is best or you can use bigger ones but don't fill it)
4. A warm, dark place

Action:

1. Turn on oven for a few minutes and then turn it off.


2. On stovetop, heat milk until just about to boil then turn off and let stand to cool.
3. While the milk is still warm, stir in a teaspoon of yogurt.
4. Separate into several glass jars.
5. Place jars into warm oven, let rest undisturbed overnight.
6. Take out of oven and stir in a bit of honey.
7. Place in refrigerator until cold.
8. Eat & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.
YUMMY # 13

BANANA CHIPS / DRIED APPLES / DRIED PAPAYAS

Ammo:

1. Fruits: ripe and sweet. Any kind is fine; the three listed here are starters.

Articles:

1. Sharp knife
2. Cutting board
3. Thick wax paper
4. The sun

Action:

1. Cut banana into ¼" round slices; Fuji Apples into 1/8" slides; or papaya into ½" cubes
2. Place on wax paper under the sun until one side is dried.
3. Turn the other side up to dry.
4. Eat & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.

* If you like the dried fruits sweeter, you can brush honey or agave on top of the dried
fruits. It makes the fruit shiny too.
