YUMMY # 1
CHOCOLATE
Ammo:
Articles:
1. A freezer
2. An ice tray
3. Two bowls: 8 oz. and 2 quarts
4. Spoon
5. Hot water
Action:
1. Put equal amounts of cacao butter and coconut oil into the 8 oz. bowl.
2. Boil a quart of hot water.
3. Pour the hot water into the 2 quart bowl.
4. Put the 8 oz. bowl into the hot water. Be careful not to let any hot water into the bowl.
5. Melt the cacao butter and coconut oil. Mix them up.
6. Spoon in cacao powder.
7. Use the same spoon to put the melted stuff into the ice tray.
8. Put into Freezer. Wait ten minutes.
9. Take out of freezer, immediately pop the cold chocolate out of the mold.
10. Pour honey on top to taste.
11. Eat & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.

NUT MILK

1. Nuts of any kind: cashews or almonds or pine nuts or Brazil nuts or walnuts or...

Instead of nuts use a hard, mature coconut.

Note: * Use the kind of banana that the adults think should be thrown out. That's the best
kind. You know, the skin is all brown and black, it's been sitting there for a long time,
that's when it's sweet to perfection.
COOKIES
Ammo:
1. Nuts or coconut in the nut bag after the milk has been squeezed out
2. Almond meal
3. Honey

Action:
1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl.
2. Shape into little cookies the size you like.
3. Place on the wax paper.
4. Put under the sun.
5. Once one side is dry, carefully turn it over to dry the other side.
6. Eat & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.

1. Mix goodly amount of milk and ice cream and add honey if needed.
2. Blend at low speed for a while.
3. Pour in glass.
4. Add a few ice cubes.

* As you might have already suspected: honey makes sweet soda, salt makes salty soda
and cayenne pepper makes spicy soda! Nice!!
** Sometimes, it will take longer or shorter for the juice to get fizzy. Once it's fizzy, it
only stays fizzy for a day, so drink it fast! Timing is very important!

SALAD DRESSING

4. Black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt.
5. Olive Oil
6. Limon juice

1. Fruits of any kind: Strawberry makes strawberry jam. You get the picture: mixed
fruits makes, yep, you guessed it Light Worker: mixed fruits jam.

Action:
* If you want to keep the jam for a few months, you can get jam jars. Follow the
instructions on the jars. If you do it before funny, black-brown-grey fungus starts to grow
on the edges, you can put it in any glass jar you find around the house and keep it in the
refrigerator. Now you can keep it in the freezer for a few months! Jam made in the
summer comes in really handy in the winter!

YOGURT
Ammo:

3. Glass jar (4 oz. size is best or you can use bigger ones but don't fill it)
4. A warm, dark place

1. Fruits: ripe and sweet. Any kind is fine; the three listed here are starters.
Articles:
1. Sharp knife
2. Cutting board
3. Thick wax paper
4. The sun
Action:
1. Cut banana into ¼" round slices; Fuji Apples into 1/8" slides; or papaya into ½" cubes
2. Place on wax paper under the sun until one side is dried.
3. Turn the other side up to dry.
4. Eat & share as suggested in the Mission Guidelines.
* If you like the dried fruits sweeter, you can brush honey or agave on top of the dried
fruits. It makes the fruit shiny too.
