CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
Banana cheese is usually served warm, but some people also like it cold.
This dish is often served as a dessert or snack, especially with a cup of tea or
coffee. Cheesy banana can also be served with additional toppings such as melted
chocolate, nuts, or condensed milk for a variety of flavors.

Cheese banana has a sweet taste from the ripe banana and savory from the
melted grated cheese. The texture of this dish can be crunchy from the fried
banana on the outside, but soft and melty on the inside from the melted cheese.

There are variations of banana cheese that use other additional ingredients
such as crispy flour or breadcrumbs to give it a crunchier texture. Some recipes
also add other ingredients such as chocolate or honey to add flavor variations.

Cheese banana is a relatively easy and quick meal to prepare, making it a

favorite snack option for many occasions. The combination of sweet banana with
savory cheese makes it a dish that is loved by many people, both children and
adults.
