    PROBLEM
    STATEMENT Statistics on burglary and thefts caused by criminal fault is the major source of severe
    destruction and death. It had been recorded by Fire & Rescue Department of Malaysia.
    Fire and rescue normally will take 5 minutes to arrive the location of the event to stop the
    fire from destroying adjacent building. Within that duration, it may cause a big destruction
    and life losses. In order to avoid such incidents occur, the intelligent system should be
    designed to detect and extenguish fires while waiting for the fire rescues.
