Request for Information (RFI) For Engineering Service Supplier
This RFI is designed on the basis of supplier qualification process of YOFC INTERNATIONAL MEXICO SA
DE CV, and is applicable for those suppliers who are willing to cooperate with YOFC INTERNATIONAL
MEXICO SA DE CV in Engineering Service.
You are also requested to submit the following documents when you feedback this RFI.
*Appendix 1: Registration Files: A copy of Registration Certification and Tax Registration Certificate (SAT)
*Appendix 2: Company profile with organizational structure diagram and responsibilities matrix;
*Appendix 3: Related financial credit documents such as audited annual financial report in the last three years. If
a set of bank credit evaluation documents can be submitted, it will be an advantage.
*Appendix 4: The certificates for legally operating in the trade of business (if required under the local business
environment), REPSE license, Certificate of Quality Management System (TL9000 or ISO 9001), Certificate of
CSR/ EHS Management System (ISO14001, OHSAS18000, SA8000, SA26000, etc), and related annual renewal
records.
