Technical Research Analyst or Technical Consultant (TRA/TC)

● Roles and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot difficult technical problems within specified deadlines

• Provide online support or over the call for our learners
Provide teaching assistance to trainers by conducting assignments/revision
continuous course QA
Audit the quality of work performed and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
• Be the first point of escalation.
• Experience in Linux, Microsoft OS
• Strong troubleshooting skills in very complex systems
• Abilityto explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 • Ability to manage high priority project.

Qualification: B.E, B.Tech (CS / IT), MCA

Working Days: 6 days working, week off on weekdays NOT on Saturday and Sunday

Working Time: Will be working in Shifts - 6 AM - 3 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM

Internship Period: 1 Year

Compensation: First Six months training period you will be paid 22,000 INR (Fixed Salary) per
month. For the Next 6 months 28,000 INR (Fixed Salary)

After Successful completion of 1 Year internship you be eligible to earn 32,000(Fixed

Salary)+3000(Incentive) Total CTC: 420,000 INR
