    Summary of activity:
    I enjoyed welcoming clients. It was just a typical “Hi!

    Hello!” conversation. In the afternoon, a nun came in. After

    sharing with her the advantages of a plant-based diet, the

    conversation went deeper by sharing experiences. After more

    than 3 hours of discussion, I discovered she was the new

    president of a prestigious Catholic college in the city

    adjacent to the store. She allowed me to display healthy food

    products in her college and do nutritional diet education.
