Ten years ago, when I traveled to Tarija with my family, we visited “Represa San Jacinto”, and
there we saw a strange dish for us, crabs. We decided to try one, and we were really surprised.

The crabs looked like rough. Although the crabs’ appearance was very unusual for us. The smell
was very strong like fish. However, I tried a bite anyway. In contrast to the smell, I thought the
crabs tasted like a chicken.

Crabs is very popular in Tarija, you should taste if you go.
