Wire

A wire is a flexible metallic conductor, especially one made of

copper, usually insulated, and used to carry electric current in a
circuit.
Switch-open
An open switch is one without continuity: current cannot flow
through it.
Switch-closed
A closed switch is one that provides a direct (low resistance) path
for current to flow through.
Light bulb
A light bulb is shown as a circle with a cross inside it. It produces
light when a current is passed through it.
Resistor

A resistor is an electrical component that limits or regulates the

flow of electrical current in an electronic circuit. Resistors can also
be used to provide a specific voltage for an active device such as a
transistor.
Single cell

A cell has one positive end and one negative end. In the symbol of a
single cell, there is a longer line which represents the positive end
and a shorter line which represents the negative end.
Battery
Battery is the combination of two or more cells in series. The given
diagram shows the combination of cells to form battery.
Power pack
a unit for converting a power supply (as from a battery or
household electrical circuit) to a voltage suitable for an electronic
device.
Ammeter
An ammeter is connected in series with the circuit to measure the
entire flow of
electrons (current)
Voltmeter

A voltmeter is a device that measures voltages of direct current or

alternating current on a scale commonly in volts, millivolts, or
kilovolts. Many voltmeters are digital that give readings as
numerical displays.
Fuse

A fuse is a small, thin conductor designed to melt and separate into

two pieces for the purpose of breaking a circuit in the event of
excessive current
