Role Play Competition - 2022
NIT Graduate School of Management is going to conduct “Role Play Competition –
2022 ” for MBA students on 27th Septmber 2022 .

“Role Playing is an effective way for management students to make sense of the world around
them. Students learn to empathies with others; taking part in a role play activity would usually
make you realize your strengths and weakness and how you will react in practical situation
which mean that you are taking on the role of character which will teach students about the
empathy and understanding of different perspectives”

“ Customer Relationship Management” will be the main theme for Role Play
Competition.

This competition is being organized to stimulate students to participate in “Role Play

Competition – 2022” to enhance their personality & character.

Details of Role Play Competition - 2022 :-

 Date:- 27th Septmber 2022.

 Time: - 11 a.m.
 Venue : - NIT GSM Auditorium Hall
 In-charge :- Dr. Vaibhav S. Bhalerao & A/P Mukta Marathe
Objectives of “Role Play Competition - 2022” :-

 To provide a platform to the students to display their creative side.

 To encourage students to come up with innovative ideas, explain the situation and
represent it.
 To develop students skills or assess them to realize the skills of others.
 To understand an individual or group’s competency levels.
 To offer a chance to the participants to gain experience, showcase speaking and
presentation skills and uncover personal aptitude.
 To blend students learning with fun but also to develop confidence in the students.
 To provide the same level of challenge to all the members of a particular group to
demonstrate their level of skills in a given situation.

Terms & Conditions for “Role Play Competition - 2022” :-

a. Students can act on any theme which will be mainly based on main theme of “ Customer
Relationship Management”

b. Every team may consist of 2 or 3 team members.

c. Time Limit for Role Play in Role Play Competition for each team will be 15-20
minutes .

Student participants will be evaluated for performance in “Role Play Competition – 2022” on
different parameters like

1. Creativity 2. Theme 3. Coordination & 4. Presentation .

Prize Distribution Timing :- 27th Septmber 2022 - Timing:- 3.00 p.m.to 3.30 p.m.
Each Student will be given a Certificate of Participation and winners will be given a
Certificate of Excellence.

Attendance for the “Role Play Competition – 2022 ” is compulsory .
