Motivation letter

Dear Ms Velkey,

I was very happy when to hear about the opportunity to apply for the project, since those who
participated in it last year had nothing but good things to say about it.
I believe I am suitable for being in the project team because my communication skills make it easy to
work together even with strangers in English. Being a scout I learnet to solve unexpected situations
quickly, to work together with strangers and create something special. I think I can use and develop
these skills during the project. Besides that, I really like reading and I am also interested in dealing
with literary topics. Also I am said to be friendly, sociable and creative. Furthermore, I have some
experience. Once I was lucky enough to participate in a project where I learnet a lot about the English
language and how to work with foreigners. In this project I hosted a foreign student from Poland, but
now I would like to experience what it is like to spend a week abroad.
