Ingredients:

4 large ripe bananas

1 whole large egg

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups whole wheat flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

2 oz walnut pieces

½ cup dark chocolate chips

6 tbsp hemp hearts

¼ cup milled golden flax seed

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F


2) Prepare 12 cup muffin pan with muffin liners
3) In large mixing bowl, mash bananas until smooth
4) Add egg, olive oil, and vanilla to bananas and mix to combine
5) In separate bowl, combine whole wheat flour, cinnamon, baking power, baking soda, and salt.
Mix thoroughly.
6) Gently stir dry mixture into wet mixture until combined
7) Fold in walnut pieces, dark chocolate chips, hemp hearts, and flax seed
8) Add to muffin tins
9) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and allow to cool before removing from muffin tin.
