Mario Eskenazi was born in Córdo-
ba (Argentina), in 1945. He studied
architecture in his hometown and his
first job as a graphic designer was in the
design team of Canal 10 (Córdoba), in
the city of Córdoba, Argentina. With

quina, was born in Barcelona in 1952.
After studying Industrial Design at the
Massana School in her hometown, she
began her professional career at the

1973. In 1984 he made his first carpets
and, two years later, he decided to ded-
icate himself exclusively to this field of
design, forming the company Nanimar-
quina. In 1988 some of his creations
were already exported to countries such
