of each unit, you will reflect on which skills you have developed and which you would like to focus on
improving in the next unit. This chart will help you to keep your assessment of your progress visible to

Responsibility Throughout this course I showed responsibility by doing all the required work
and trying my best to complete it on time

Organization I devolved organization by setting up a routine for myself. For example, I


picked a dedicated time to work on my assignments, so I don’t risk multi-
tasking.

Independent Work I showed independent work by looking at different sources when researching
and completing assignments. For example, when working on the summative
assignment I went to different resources like books and websites to create
my final product.

Collaboration I collaborated with teacher via email when I needed an extension on a


assignment.

Initiative I showed initiative by talking to my teacher about upcoming assignments,


extensions, and questions. For example, if I did not understand something, I
would email him my question immediately and not leave it last minute.

Self-Regulation I showed self-regulation by setting up reasonable goals for the day. For
example, I would make sure to establish for a goal for the day weather that
complete my late assignments or get ahead on my worksheets.
