JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, LOLITA D. PIENCENAVES, and LEONIDA T. BUAYA, Filipinos, of legal

ages, and residents of Carmen, Bohol, after being sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and say:

1. That we know personally the person of HOSPICIA A. CEMPRON, who was born on
May 21, 1944 at Buenos Aires, Carmen, Bohol, her parents being Cesario Anicoy and
Epifañia Bunao;

2. That as per HOSPICIA A. CEMPRON’s Certificate of Marriage issued by the St.

Isodore The Farmer Parish, Diocese of Talibon, she is the child of Cesario Anicoy and
Epifañia Bunao;

3. That we are not related to the said person and we are not interested in whatever outcome
this presents may bring;

4. That affiants further attest to the truth of the foregoing statements for whatever other
legal purpose this may serve.
