1. What is your perception towards online research process?

- Ang online research at medyo mahirap siya kung ang research niyo may survey, lalo na yung
pandemic kasi minsan kailangan naming ng respondents na nurses so di kami maka punta sa
mga hospitals kasi merong permissions dapat or kilala dapat so yun yung isa sa mahirap na I
assess.
- Online research is quite difficult if your research includes surveys, especially during a
pandemic, because sometimes we need respondents who are nurses. We cannot proceed in
those hospitals because there must be permission or someone we know, so that is difficult to
assess.

2. What are the challenges you experienced during Online Research process?

- mga resources tsaka participants narin tsaka yung permissions na rin kasi kailangan may
contact talaga kasi di ka maka pasok sa mga hospitals tsaka sendan mo sila ng mga link, so minsan mag
adjust kasi may duty sila so gabi pa namin sila ma interview.

- Those resources, participants, and permissions, too, because we need a contact to proceed in
those hospitals. Then we will send them the link, so sometimes adjust because they have their duty, so
we interview them at night.

3. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the online research process?

- Sa advantages cguro is mas close kami kasi nakakapag usap kami online tsaka naga meet up
kami kasi syempre di siya parehas sa school, so dalawa ang mode ng contacts namin so yun yung isa sa
advantages sa disadvantages naman para sa participants namin is mahirap I contact kailngan may kilala
and yung iba nman is stability ng internet kasi di kami maka connect kasi online nga bawal lumabas.

- The advantage is that we became close because we can also meet online. After all, it's not like
in the school, so we have two modes of contact, which is one of the advantages. As a disadvantage, it
isn't easy to contact our participants. It requires someone we know, and the other one is the stability of
the internet because we cannot connect online, and it's prohibited for us to go outside.

4. What is the difference of the online research process and accustomed face-to-face research process?

- Yung online naman ang pinagkaiba lng nila cguro is yung mode ng pag pasa. Face to face
naman ay harapan naming nakukuha yung mga kailangan nmin kunin.

- The online mode of submission may be the difference between the two. Face-to-face is we
acquire our needs in person.
5. What are your coping strategies during online research process?

- Kapag napupuno na kailangan mag hanap ka ng ano, kunyare ako nag lalaro minsan nag
babasketball para ma tanggal yung stressors na overload.

- When it becomes necessary look for something. For example, I sometimes play basketball to
remove those stressors that are overloaded.

6. What are your ways/steps to do your research study through online?

- Pag gising ko syempre kakain, mag oon ng laptop or Computer pag on minsan nauuna pa ang
pag scroll sa social media, sa akin kasi, is kilala ko yung sarili ko parang di ko kaya yung bibiglain mo yung
sarili mo na tignan kaagad yung work ko kailngan ko muna I cooldown muna tsaka bago tignan yung
papers, tapos pag Nakita ko na ang papers yun na mag start na ako work.

- To wake up, eat, turn on the laptop or computer, and sometimes I scroll first on social media
because I know myself. It’s like I cannot just immediately surprise myself by already looking at my work.
I need to cool down first before I look up my papers, and after I have found my papers, I will start my
work.

7. In what way online research process gives benefits of every nursing student?

- Mabilis yung transfer ng mga outputs na ibibigay namin kasi di na siya yung parang kikitain mo
yung kasama mo tapos tatanungin mo kung ano yung nakolekta niya, ang gagawin nlng ngayun ipapasa
nlng yung mga soft copy I type nlng tapos ibibigay mas mabilis yung pag compile.

- Transferring the outputs that we give fast doesn’t need to be like you need to see your
companion and ask what they collected. The thing that needs to be done is to submit the soft copy and
type, and after handing it over, the compilation is fast.

8. Is it accessible for every nursing student to do online research?

- I think yes naman, kasi sa new generation syempre ano na man tayo sa mga technicals sa mga
cellphones mga new gadgets so accessible siya kasi lahat naman tayo cguro may devices tsaka meron
naman tayo mga ibang internet café na gawan.

- I think yes, because of the new generation, of course, we already are into technical in
cellphones, those new gadgets, so it's accessible because I think we already have our own devices. We
also have an internet café to do.

9. Compared to face-to-face research process, rate the level of stress you've encountered during online
research process

- Mga 5, kasi mas stress kasi kapag face to face kasi pupuntahan mo talga yung mga tao tapos
ikokolek mo talaga tapos magkikita nman kayo, kunyare mag kakamali ka babalik ka lang kasi kung
online kasi pag nag kamali ka pwede na ichachat mo lang yung participant.
 - About 5, because it's more stressful when it's face to face because you need to go to the
person you’re going to collect. You’re going to see each other again, pretend that you made a mistake,
and you need to go back, but if it is online, you can chat with the participant if there is a mistake.

10. During online research process, how can be this accessible to every student nurse with scheduled
duties or RLE/SLA?

- naging accessible siya saamin kasi understanding din yung C.I namin minsan nakikita nila na
overloaded din kami ng schedule ang ginagawa nila minsan nag papaextend sila minsan gabi at sa
pagpasa ng mga requirements gina extend nila 1 week tapos nireremind nila kami sa pasahan kaya
nakakaprepare kami.

- It became accessible for us because our C.I. sometimes understands. If they see us overloaded
schedule sometimes, they will sometimes make an extension at night to submit the requirements. They
also extended it for one week and reminded us about the submission, which is why we can prepare.

11. What are the coping strategies of every nursing student with scheduled duties during online
research process?

- Time management at hndi mag procrastinate.

12. Can online research process affect the student's daily activities?

- Yes, pero depende din sa tao, minsan may tao rin na nasa bahay lng din or parang sanay na siya
na nasa bahay lang na walang ginagawa cguro parang add on nlng yun sa ginagawa niya pero sanay na
siya pero yung sa iba na tao na prang laging lumalabas prang nahahastle siya kasi prang na sastop siya na
lalabas dapat pero mag stay in siya kasi online nga.

- Yes, but it depends on the person. Sometimes there is a person just at home or like they used
to be, but other people who always go outside, it's a hassle for them. It stops them from going outside
but stays inside because it's online.

13. Compared to the accustomed face-to-face research process what is the most common barrier
present?

- para sa akin, yung pag pa balik-balik, kunyare wala kayo contact sa participants niyo talgang
babalikan niyo pag nagkamali kayo, uulitin yung paper tapos babalikan ulit, cguro hassle yung tavel, time
tsaka yung pera.

- For me, going back and forth, pretending you don’t have contact with your participants, you
need to get back to them if you made a mistake, repeat the paper, and get back to them. Maybe it’s a
hassle to travel, time, and money.

14. During online research process, What type of gadget is being used? Does it made the process easier?

- yung sa akin PC at cellphone. Yes, kasi nga ang gagawin nlng is mag type minsan copy paste
and duon nangyayare yung communication with the participants kaya for me oo napapadali ang process.
 - The one in mine is a PC (Personal Computer) and cellphone. Yes, Because the only thing that
you need to do is to type and sometimes copy and paste, and that is where communication happens
with the participants. That is why for me, yes, it made the process easier.

15. During data gathering, rate the level of difficulty compared to accustomed face to face.

- Mga 7, actually Madali lang siya macollect nung online kasi pag mag send na kami ng link mag
pasok lang ang participants, ang nangyayari kasi is tatlo kami tapos isa yung ininterview namin so mas
mabilis yung pag collect namin ng data tapos irecord lang pakinggan lng, yung hassle lng kasi talga duon
is yung schedule nila ang mahirap duon kunyare requirement namin dapat Sunday mapasa ang
availability nila is Monday pa parang ganun.

- About seven is easy to collect online because the participants will get inside if we send the link.
What is happening is there are three of us and the one we are interviewing, so it's easy to collect the
data, and we record it and we just listen to it. The hassle is their schedule. The tricky part is that our
requirement needs to be submitted on Sunday, but their availability is Monday.

16. What do you prefer online research process or face to face online research process? Why?

- Face to Face cguro pag gusto mo mapino ang research, maganda sa akin ang face to face kasi
mas maka collect ka ng data tsaka parang feel mo yung essence ng research.

- Face-to-face if you want to refine your research is nice because you can collect data and feel
the essence of research.

17. What level of acceptance are you in the scale of 1 to 10 on online research process? Why?

- 8, kasi okay lng din siya kasi mabilis ang pag collect ng data tsaka pag pasa ng mga outputs ang
pangit lng is yung nga ang internet or malayo walang signal.

- 8, it's just okay because collecting data and submitting outputs is fast. The only unpleasant
thing is the internet or remote places and no signal.

18. How would you describe your experience in online research process?

- Di naman siya msyadong mahirap kasi ang dean namin is maasikaso kasi siya, everyday gina
remind niya kami na ganito ang gawin mag basa kayo sa ganiton reference so ganun lng di nman siya
msyadong mahirap okay lang.

- It's not tricky because our dean is attentive. Every day he reminds us of what to do, read in that
kind of reference, that's it, it's not that difficult, it's okay.

19. What are things you think that needs to be improved in online research process?

- Cguro yung time management, procrastination kasi kung sa time management kasi baka mag
procrastinate ka tsaka online lng man nasa bahay lng ako pero pag dating ng schedule mahirap pala,
mag cramming ka naman mag type.

- Maybe the time management, procrastination because in time management because you
might procrastinate and it’s just online, I’m just at home. Still, when the schedule becomes difficult,
you’ll cram in typing.
20. What are the changes you've observed in your study progress upon the implementation of online
research process?

- Ang nag change sa akin ay mas naga search ako mga related articles kasi cguro kung face to
face parang mag depend cguro ako sa mga na kokolek namin na data lang pero nung online kasi
napilitan ako mag basa talga ng mga ibang related articles kasi nga requirement namin staka wala ako
mabibigay sa kasama nmin parang nag ambag na ako, nag ambag ako ng sapilitan pero maganda rin
nman kasi, yun yung nag change sa akin.

- What changes in me is that I look for related articles because if it's face to face, it's like I will
depend on the data we collected. Still, when it is online, it forces me to read other related articles
because it's our requirement. I have nothing to give to my companion. I've contributed, I've contributed
involuntarily, but it's also lovely. That's what changed me.

- Ang online research namin is ano di nman siya mahirap and may access naman kami sa
resources namin and devices namin back in the days.

- Our online research is relatively easy, and we have access to our resources and devices back in
the day.

 - Ang challenges na naexperience naming is yung duration ng ano ng response ng respondents
namin kasi may mga issues din sila sa internet nila yung sa work nila day by day.

- The challenge we experience is the duration of the response of our respondents because they
also need help with their internet and work day by day.

3. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the online research process?

- Ang sa online research naman is ano ang advantage ano di siya hassle kasi mag hihintay ka lang
ng response isend mo lang yung link sa respondents mo and maghintay nlng if naka respond na sila sa
disadvantage naman is yun nga yung duration and parang di mo feel na ano nag reresearch ka kasi
online lng.

- For online research, the advantage is that it's not a hassle because we will wait for the
response. You send the link to the respondents and wait to see if they have already responded. The
disadvantages are the duration, and also, like you don't feel that you are conducting research, it's
because it's just online.

4. What is the difference of the online research process and accustomed face-to-face research process?

- yung sa online nman umm di mo na kalingan mag ano magkita-kita in real life and through
communication lang and mag contact lang kayo ng ikaw na researcher and the respondent and kung
kailan lang siya mag pa interview. And yung sa face to face naman yun nga mag kikita kayo and in some
ways maka garner ka ng respectable na data and maka add up ka ng gusto mo itanong sa respondent
mo.

- You don’t need to meet up in real life and through communication for the online umm. Only
contact you and your respondent when they are available to do an interview. And for the face-to-face,
that is the time that you will meet up, and in some ways, you can garner respectable data and add up
questions that you want to ask your respondents.

5. What are your coping strategies during online research process?

- Yung coping strategies ko sa research is ano eh.. ahh.. ano lang ang ginagawa ko magkain at
matulog para di gaano mastress sa pag gawa.

- My coping strategies in research are that eh… ahh.. I only eat and sleep so that it’s not
stressful.

6. What are your ways/steps to do your research study through online?

- Ahhh yung mga steps ko is ano ahh.. ipipin ko yung task ko through paper para makita ko kung
ano yung mga scheds nagagawin ko throughout the day isisink in ko lang yung ano yung pag gawa ng
research pag may extra time ako.

- Ahhh, my steps are that ahh... I will pin my tasks on paper so that I can see what schedules I
need to do throughout the day. I will sink it into how to research if I have extra time.
7. In what way online research process gives benefits of every nursing student?

- Yung benefits? Is yung ano.. di siya hassle at di siya pressure sa isa ka nursing student at hawak
niya yung oras niya na magawa niya yung ibang bagay.

- The benefits? Is the… It’s not a hassle, and it’s a pressure on an individual nursing student, and
you hold your own time in doing such different things.

8. Is it accessible for every nursing student to do online research?

- Sa tingin ko yes kasi technologic naman yung era natin ngayon and lahat naman is equipped na
maka gamit ng ano ng technologies.

- Yes, because our current era is technological, and we are already equipped to use different
technologies.

9. Compare to face to face research process, rate the level of stress you've encountered during online
research process

- Ahh yung stress na naencounter ko during online is ano lang bale 4, di nman ano maka stress
kasi ano hawak ko nman yung time ko tapos mag hintay lang ako ng response nila tapos ano I refresh
refresh ko lang yung google doc para makita yung ano yung response.

- Ahh, the stress that I've encountered online is only 4, it's not making you stressed because I
hold my own time, and I will wait for their response, and I will just refresh the google doc to be able to
see their reaction.

10. During online research process, how can be this accessible to every student nurses with scheduled
duties or RLE/SLA?

- Sa akin ano naka experience na man ako na may duty during the day tapos yung sa akin during
the day di ko siya masink in pero at night may time naman ako na ano na ma asikaso ang research
naming di nman siya hassle kasi Madali lang yung research namin.

- I've already experienced I have a duty during the day, and for me, during the day, I cannot
comprehend, but at night I have time to be attended to our research. It's not a hassle because our study
is easy.

11. What are the coping strategies of every nursing student with scheduled duties during online
research process?

- Sa akin yung ano discipline lang gid na di madala sa mga ano sa mga leisure kasi kung madala
ka sa leisure di mo magawa yung ano yung research mo dapat naka pin yung task na gagawin mo
through the day and iprioritize talaga yung research kasi may deadline yan eh.

- For me, it’s the only discipline that can’t be taken leisurely because if you are taken leisurely,
you cannot do your research. The task must be pinned that you must do throughout the day, and you
must prioritize research because it has a deadline.
12. Can online research process affect the student's daily activities?

- Base sa experience yes, kasi ano yung day to day na routines ko is di ko nman masabi na
sagabal yung research kasi parte yun and nag iba yung schedule ko nun kasi nag wowork ako during the
day and at night naga gawa ng research nag iba na yung sleeping pattern ko nun from 8 hours naging 5
hours yung tulog ko nun.

- Based on my experience, yes, because my day-to-day routine is that you cannot say that
research is an obstacle because it’s a part and my schedule became different. I work during the day, and
at night I do my research. Also, my sleeping pattern changed from 8 hours of sleep it became 5 hours of
sleep.

13. Compared to the accustomed face-to-face research process what is the most common barrier
present?

- Yung most common barrier is yung gastos kasi if di ka naga own ng vehicle mahirap and pag
naga own ka naman yung gasoline nman yung problem and yung barrier nman sa face to face number 1
yan is yung antayan mga kagrupo mo and second yung mg ana gather niyo sa research niyo na kulang
kulang na data, yun…

- The most common barrier is the expenses. If you don't own a vehicle, it isn't easy. If you own
one, your problem would be gasoline, and the border for face-to-face number 1 is during waiting of
groupmates and, secondly, is gathering inadequate research data.

14. During online research process, What type of gadget is being used? Does it made the process easier?

- Yung sa amin is ano lng laptop, desktop and phone. For me yes. Kasi kung wala itong mga
gadget na ito kailangan pa nmin puntahan ang mga respondents na pagkukunan naming ng data kasi
wala kaming communication with them and also mahirap din sa pagcompile ng data pag wala gadgets
ang problem lang is kapag ang internet di din reliable which is sometimes nakaka disrupt din sa process.

- Ours are laptop, desktop, and phone. For me, yes. Because if we don’t have these gadgets, we
need to go to our respondents that we’re going to acquire data because we don’t have communication
with them. Also, it isn’t easy to compile data if we don’t have gadgets. The only problem is when the
internet is not reliable, which sometimes can disrupt the process.

15. During data gathering, rate the level of difficulty compared to accustomed face to face.

- Yung difficulty sa amin is ano lang bale mga 3 to 4 lng kasi maghintay lng talaga kami ng
response ng mga respondents namin.

- The difficulty for us is only 3 to 4 because you'll only wait for our respondents' responses.

16. What do you prefer online research process or face to face online research process? Why?

- Sa time ngayun mas prefer ko na ang face to face kasi balik na man sa normal yung ano yung
sitwasyon natin and yung sa face-to-face talaga is maging detailed yung data na makuha niyo unlike sa
online.

- At this time, I prefer face-to-face because our situation is already back to normal, and face to
face is data will be detailed compared to online.
17. What level of acceptance are you in the scale of 1 to 10 on online research process? Why?

- Sa akin is mga 8, kasi ano di siya hassle if equipped kana ng mga ano mga.. kompleto ka sa
gamit mas mapabilis and mas mapa gaan yung work na gagawin mo sa research mo.

- For me, it's 8, because it's easy if you are already equipped with the... Your equipment is
complete. It will be faster and easier to do your research.

18. How would you describe your experience in online research process?

- Base sa experience ko ano ahh.. hassle siya kasi may mga respondents talaga kasi kami na ano
matagal mag response and considerate sa amin ang C.I is ano ah… naga consider siya na mag paextend
ng sched and yun yung ano maganda na nangyare sa amin naga consider yung C.I niyo.

- Based on my experience, ahh... It’s a hassle because we have those respondents who respond
too long, and our C.I. is considerate. They considered extending the schedule, which is the greatest thing
that happened to us.

19. What are things you think that needs to be improved in online research process?

- Sa online ahh ano lang mag contact kayo ng ano mga ka grupo niyo para hindi scattered yung
ideas niyo and iisa lang yung goal niyo para Madali lang yung pag gawa niyo and work.

- Online ahh, you only contact your groupmates so that your ideas will not be scattered, and you
only have one goal to make your work easier.

20. What are the changes you've observed in your study progress upon the implementation of online
research process?

- Ahh sa experience ko, back in sa research namin is ano may mga outputs na man ako na
napasa sa grupo namin and I think enough na man yung effort ko na ano.. di nman ako leader may mga
ano lang may mga contributions sa grupo namin and I think okay naman yung naitulong ko sa grupo
namin and nadefend namin yung research namin last year.

- - Ahh, in my experience, back in our research, I submitted outputs to my group, and my

effort was enough... I am not the leader. There is just a contribution in my group, and my
help is enough, and we defended our research last year.
