There is no doubt that health is wealth.

In order to have a good health, there are


many ways. Regarding my daily diet, my mother will be the manager of my
daily diet to make sure they have the most nutritious and reasonable food. She
will focus on nutritious vegetables, fruit,.. in the meal because it helps to purify
the body and smooth skin. Besides, mom also combines them with rice and
meat so that each family member has enough energy to work and work. After
the main meal, we usually eat desserts such as nuts, smoothies or vitamin-rich
fruit. And it's a healthy and nutritious daily meal for me. Although simple, it is
extremely good for health to keep fit.
I think my daily diet is good and I will try keeping it. To improve my eating
habits, it's best to make small lifestyle changes that I can keep doing over time.
