That I am working as hawker and doing the repair of pressure cookers and folding beds and I
have three children namely Rajan Singh Alias Raja, Jaspreet Kaur alias Jyoti, and Simranjit Kaur.
My elder daughter is married and living in her in laws house since last 8/9 years. The DOB of my
daughter Simranjit Kaur is 14-08-2004. The Marriage of my daughter simranjit kaur was got
solemnized with Arshdeep Singh s/o of Harjeet Singh resident of 91,Gali Sarpanch wali, kot
mit singh, Tarantaran road Amristar on dated 21-08-2022 according to Sikh Rights and
ceremonies. The Age of my daughter on dated 21-08-2022 was 16 years and & days and she
was minor at that time. Before the solemnization of marriage said Arshdeep singh, his mother
Mandeep kaur has approached my family and asked for marriage of Arshdeep singh and my
daughter simranjit kaur. I and my family has flatly refused to accept the solemnization of said
marriage with the reason that my daughter simranjit kaur was minor at that time and she was
not capable to perform the duties of marriage. As the family of Arshdeep singh was our remote
relatives because my sister in law namely paramjeet kaur was the paternal aunt of said
arshdeep singh and due to that link the said arshdeep singh and mandeep kaur has started
phone conversation directly with my daughter simranjit kaur on the common mobile phone of
our house. Due to this continuous conversation between my daughter simranjit kaur with said
arshdeep singh and his mother mandeep kaur, my daughter came into the influence of above
said person and due to her minority and immature mind she has openly declared in our house
that if she will perform marriage in her life than that will only be with the arshdeep singh. My
Daughter under the influence of above said person has also threaten me and my family that if
her marriage will not performed with said arshdeep singh than she will run away from our
house to perform such marriage. Moreover said asrhdeep and his mother has put pressure on
me and my family members and also assured to me and my family members that after the
performing of such marriage they will threat my daughter simranjit kaur like their own daughter
and until she will attain the age of majority she will not be compelled to perform matrimonial
duties towards arshdeep singh. In such situation we have no option but be compelled by such
person to perform the marriage of my daughter simranjit kaur with arshdeep singh to save the
honor and dignity of our family. But the said arshdeep singh has not kept his promise and
committed rape and aggravated penetrative sexual assault upon my daughter from dated 25-
08-2022 to intervening night of 07-04-2021 and 08-04-2021 without considering the fact that
she was minor in age that time. When my daughter has opposed such acts of said arshdeep
singh then he and his mother mandeep kaur and his brother sagar and sajan and his daughter
Inderjit kaur alias kushi has threated my daughter with cruelty for not bringing the sufficient
dowry article and above said persons have also instigated said arshdeep singh to commit rape
upon my daughter. My daughter has moved many applications against such cruelty commited
upon her by said persons and FIR No 48/22 police station women has been got registered
against them and enquiry is also pending for their offense of rape committed upon my daughter
by said arshdeep singh. Now said persons are moving false applications against me and my
family members just to save themselves from legal action pending against them. Proper action
may kindly be taken against arshdeep singh and his said family members and justice may kindly
be delivered to my
