    Please find attached Entry of Judgment (Certificate of Finality) that your marriage with
    Juan Jose Martin Imperial has been declared null and void ab initio.

    However, in order execute the judgment to update your record in the Local Civil
    Registrar and Philippine Statistics Authority, we may need to ask for additional funds for
    the process and payments in these offices.
