Greetings in the name of our patron St. Clare of Assisi.

I am writing to propose a food bazaar event for the senior high school, taking up the Home
Economics strand (TVL-Tech Voc) of grade 12 on May 30, 2023. The event aims to provide a fun
and exciting way for students to showcase their entrepreneurial skills while also offering
delicious food options for the entire school community.

The food bazaar will feature a variety of food items from different student vendors, including
homemade snacks, desserts, and drinks. We envision this event as a perfect opportunity for
senior high school students to show their creativity and generate interest in their culinary
talents.

Aside from the food stalls, we will also organize games and activities to further enhance the
event's festive atmosphere. We believe that this event will bring the senior high school students
closer together and foster a sense of community among the entire school.

We hope to partner with the school to make this event possible. We will be in charge of the
logistics and the coordination of the event, and we will also be responsible for ensuring that all
adhere to the necessary food safety guidelines and safety policy of the school.

We are confident that this event will be a huge success and will provide the senior high school
students of grade 12 with an unforgettable experience. We hope that the school administration
will support our proposal, and we look forward to working with you to make this event a reality.
