Complaint under section 12 ( before district commission ) of the consumer protection act
2019.

Introduction
Ms. Muskan Agarwal and Mr. Prajyot Gadage the counsel for the complainant humbly
submit before the Hon'ble Bangalore District Forum the complaint as follows:
Our aggrieved client Mrs Maya Gowda and Mr Pradeep Kumar are partners in a LLP Lexus
Software where, as the defendant in the case are Amazon Retail India which is largest online
selling mediator platform in India whose headquarters is located in Bangalore.
Transaction
Our client Mrs Maya Gowda and Pradeep Kumar had purchased server from online platform
store of Amazon the transaction was done on 1/1 /22 and via premium membership under
which goods are delivered in 2 days but it was late by 4 days.
After getting the server , they noticed that the server was not working properly and was
damaged also so they decided to return it , and get a refund the company policy said that they
cant only exchange the product but not give them a refund of Rupees 5,00,000.
Defect Deficiency
Our client Mrs Maya Gowda and Mr Pradeep Kumar ordered from Amazon India the
product ordered was defective in nature and when they tried to operate the server it was not
running properly which caused the delay in client services and deadlines.
Jurisdiction
The claim is for the product of rupees 5,00,000 and hence will be claimed under the District
Consumer Forum under prescribed section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act,2019.
Relief Claimed
For our aggrieved client Mrs. Gowda and Mr. Kumar we want to claim refund of rupees
5,00,000 for cost of the product and also we want to claim rupees 3,00,000 for metal agony
that our client had to go through this transaction.
Prayer
Wherefore, in the light of facts stated, issues raised, and arguments advanced, it is most
humbly prayed and implored before the Hon’ble District Forum of Bangalore, that it may be
graciously pleased to adjudge and declare the decision in favour of our client.
Also, pass any other order that the Forum may deem fit in favour of the Complainant to meet
the ends of Equity, Justice and Good Conscience.
