The employee held himself and others for achieving great results through:

1. Completing all trainings required as day watch training, MOCs and other mandatory trainings
2. He is ADP L4 supportive trainer.
3. He guided and helped his colleagues to improve their English.
4. He always seeks for any opportunity for learning.

Q3: To what extent does the employee take action to continuously improve processes in his/her
business area?

The employee took actions to continuously improve processes in his business area as following:

1. Professional equipment check to identify any defects.


2. Helping other drivers to pass their ADP L4 test through supporting them in training.( As PTS)
3. He has very positive attitude towards learning any new tech. to improve the work environment (
such as training simulator)

The employee has problem solving skills which were shown in:

1. His approach with his colleagues was polite and calm so no problems were raised.
2. His attitude taking instructions from his managers was professional.

The Employee prioritised customer impact and create win-win with others as following:

1. During any standbys he treated any customers with good manager and no misbehavior reports
regarding that.
2. He was professional dealing with his colleagues with no reports of misbehaviors
3. It happened once that he argued with his STL.
4. Good feedback about him from AOPS team.

The employee delivered all quarter success criteria/KPIs as following:

1. All training (Mandatory / extra) have been completed.


2. All tasks were assigned to him were full filled.
3. The attendance and attitude parts were satisfying.

5. He acted up as TL in many occasions with no problems.
