As a Strategic Advisor I Ieverage my experience, knowledge and connections
to support my clients in achieving their strategic objectives. Leveraging over
30 years of experience, together we take an iterative approach to addressing
an organizations challenges, co-creating solutions that have an immediate
impact on the organization and the people who work there.
As a Certified Leadership Coach I help my clients lead in a meaningful way
that positively impacts their team and organization aligned to their purpose
and values. Together, we find what is most important for them and bring that
to life. Using an inquiry based approach we identify possibilities and tap into
their potential to lead and create a lasting impact.
As an Educator and Facilitator I bring an immersive and interactive
experience to the learning environment aligned to clear learning objectives.
Using adult learning principles I co-create the learning experience with the
client ensuring engagement and uptake in the learning process with a focus
on implementing the learning immediately.
As a Moderator I bring conferences to life with event and panel moderation
that engages the audience curating meaningful and memorable
conversations.
WHAT I’VE DONE
Over 30 years of experience working in a variety of sectors including
executive leadership roles in the Academic, Not for Profit and Profit
sectors
Led the launch of innovative biotech medications into the Canadian
market in the areas of solid organ transplantation, oncology and renal
disease
Led the development of large scale workforce capacity building projects in
a variety of global countries including, Kazakhstan, Australia, Angola and
Equatorial Guinea
With board oversight, led the development and implementation of an
inaugural strategic plan for a membership based organization
Developed a board orientation and onboarding program to facilitate board
engagement and effectiveness
Chair of the National Competency Review Committee for CPHR Canada
leading the update of the CPHR Canada Competency Framework for
Chartered HR professionals
