Background of the owner S Fruit Stand is owned by Mrs. Irish D. Demoral, a 38-
year-old, pure-blooded Ilongga. She was married to
Mr. Mark Anthony Demoral and a mother of two. She
settles in Koronadal City. She has been an
entrepreneur since she was 16 years old. She finished
high school at Libertad National High School. Mrs.
Demoral was not able to proceed in college due to
financial issues. This situation led her to establish her
own business. started to sell bananas on the sidewalk
and peddle by riding a bicycle. Now, Mrs. Demoral
owns a fruit stand and several branches. She was able
to buy a house and lot, three tricycles, jewelry
investments, and send her kids to college. She has
been in the fruit industry for 22 years.

Other observations during the Mrs. Demoral was very eloquent and very specific
exposure regarding her ideas and opinions about her business.
You can tell that she is a veteran in the fruit industry
from the way she answers my questions. Information
is complete, fixed, and not lacking.

challenges to make room for improvement, not as

learning with my previous nursing school so that I can thrive and be a successful

What are the basic concepts I have learned in class that risk factors have always

order to succeed in the business world, you must put
all your heart and soul into it. Commit and marry your
