BRIEF DESCRIPTION of the INTERVIEWEE’s BUSINESS or ENTERPRISE:
Client L.T has her own Sari sari store in their own place, Her family and her have been
involved in this kind of business or endeavor for over seven years now. They have been
running their sari sari store for as long as she can remember, and they love it. The customers
are always so friendly and love being able to help them find the perfect outfit. When she
starting this sari sari store, the important thing to have a clear purpose and mission in mind. It
can be tempting to get wrapped up in the daily grind of running a business, but it is important
to stay focused on what you are trying to achieve. The key to success is to set clear goals and
stay focused on them. If you can keep your eye on the prize, you will be able to achieve great
things.
MOTIVATIONS and INSPIRATIONS as an ENTREPRENEUR:
I started working at the sari sari store because I was inspired by my mother. She is the one who
first introduced me to the business, and I owe it all to her. She told me that it was a great way
to make a living and that I would never be unhappy if I pursued it. I was hesitant at first, but
she was right.

CHALLENGES encountered in establishing and maintaining the business or enterprise:
I encountered a lot of challenges. The first challenge was finding the right clients. I had to
spend a lot of time and effort finding individuals who were actually interested in what I had to
offer. The second challenge was making sure that my prices were reasonable without
underselling myself.

ADVANTAGES AND BENEFITS of having own business or enterprise:

In my experience, establishing and maintaining a successful sari sari store can be difficult.
There are a variety of challenges that I have encountered, some of which I will discuss below.
First and foremost, maintaining a consistent inventory is critical. It is important to be able to
provide customers with the items that they are looking for, and to keep enough inventory on
hand to meet demand.
There are many advantages and benefits to owning my own business or enterprise. Some of
the benefits include increased control over your own destiny, the ability to work from the
comfort of my own home, and the privilege of having complete creative freedom.

(LIFE) LESSONS learned as an entrepreneur:

I have learned a lot about entrepreneurship over the years running my sari sari store. I have
come to realize that life is all about seizing opportunity and never giving up on your dreams. I
have also found that it is important to be resilient and maintain a positive attitude no matter
what life throws your way.
Being an entrepreneur in a sari sari store can be quite challenging, but with the right mindset
and some life lessons learned, it can be quite rewarding. There are many ups and downs, but
with the right people by your side, anything is possible. From facing rejection to staying
positive, being an entrepreneur is all about learning from your mistakes and bouncing back
stronger.
ADVICE and MOTIVATIONS to aspiring entrepreneurs:
In order to be successful, aspiring entrepreneurs must have a clear vision and understanding of
what they want their business to achieve. They must also have the dedication and perseverance
to see it through, no matter the obstacles. While there are many things that aspiring
entrepreneurs can learn from others, ultimately it is up to them to find their own path to
success.
“Entrepreneurship is a difficult path to tread. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication.
However, if you are able to follow through with your dreams, there is nothing that can stop
you from achieving success. Some words of motivation or advice that you might want to share
with aspiring entrepreneurs is to never give up on your goals, always work hard, and never
forget why you started your business in the first place.”

Student’s Learning Insights from the Interview:

I have learned so many different things from the entrepreneur I have interviewed. The biggest
thing I have learned is that it is extremely important to always be learning and growing. You

can never know everything, and there is always room for improvement. The entrepreneurs I
interviewed were all very passionate about their work and they were constantly trying to
improve their skills and knowledge.
The second thing I have learned is that you need to be passionate about what you are doing if
you want to be successful. You can’t just wake up one day and think “I’ll be a successful
entrepreneur”. You have to be willing to put in the hard work and dedication, and you have to
have a real passion for what you are doing. The entrepreneurs I interviewed had all worked
hard to build their businesses, and they were very proud of what they had accomplished.
