Entrepreneur creates opportunities for people who wants to improve their way of living.
Entrepreneur can increase competition and create new business and new markets. This course
allowed me to understand that the requirements of becoming a successful entrepreneur and it also
requires the individual to possess certain entrepreneurial mindset and skills set as well as having
a strong emotional skill so that the business can be initiated in a successful manner. Also,
entrepreneurship helps you develop your creativity, resourcefulness and innovativeness.

However, it’s not easy to be an entrepreneur. Being an entrepreneur needs to have a lot of
determination. It is the extremely strong desire to achieve success which includes persistence and
perseverance despite the challenges and failures you will face along the journey. It also requires
you to be more flexible to adapt in response to the changing market needs and demands.

Moreover, every true entrepreneur knows that there will be never enough time or money to make
things right when starting a new business. Hence, it’s vital to focus on the most important thing,
which is the customer. To understand the importance of knowing customers, imagine an
entrepreneur with a flawless and innovative product but doesn’t have enough customers to
sustain the business and the opposite is true. For entrepreneurs to be customer-focused they need
to understand customers’ needs rather than focusing on great products or wonderful services.

The course also gave me a deep insight into the different activities of being an entrepreneur and
allowed me to understand the importance of small and medium businesses that are operating in
the country. Each and every business, either big or small plays a vital role in the economy of
every country, thus, all entrepreneurs need to start-up a business for which there is a demand and
they desired to do it. It also enlightens me with the ethics, laws and social responsibility of being
an entrepreneur. All of these lessons I’ve learned in this course will help me to become a better
entrepreneur on my present and future businesses.
