1. How will you become a successful entrepreneur in the future?

- Entrepreneurship, as one of driving forces, is very important for economic

growth and development, and as an active phenomenon in society, it a powerful engine of
rapid development of economy wherein that entrepreneurship played a positive role in
improvement of market system and rationalization of market structures as well as the
enhancement of enterprises and national innovation capabilities. Becoming an
entrepreneur is a serious decision to take. Once taken, it requires you to be a strong and
persistent leader, which is why, in order to become a successful entrepreneur, one must
have a better understanding of contextual influences will help us in designing framework
conditions that foster entrepreneurial activities and, thus, enhance the transfer of
knowledge to applications. A wise approach can make my path to success shorter and
steadier. Doing small steps every day will lead you to more opportunities and better
results. Also, choosing to work in partnership with funds makes one an energetic,
motivated and industrious entrepreneur.

2. What business do you intend to establish in the future? Why?

- Interest to start a business might be influenced by many factors. Some of the

factors are general and related to the overall situation in the economy or with specific
business conditions and preconditions for success in business. My dream is to franchise
high-rate restaurant or hotel.  Being a conformist has never been my forte, therefore, when
something feels binding, I generally figure a way to change the situation for the better.
Since I do not like to reap the benefits by myself, I like more folks to be affected. I have
held a lot of leadership positions throughout my life both formal and informal. It is also
natural that entrepreneur invests in the business own capital and work and wants from
such an investment to gain an economic effect that deliver return on invested capital. This
field which I am most passionate about is entrepreneurship. First there is my love for
leading. I love learning and leading where I can share my knowledge and skills. I have
never reached the point where I think that is where my talents would be best utilized.
Mainly because I think I want to make a difference in the world.

3. What strategy will you use to expand your business? Why?

- Business plan needs to identify how you will achieve short- and long-term goals
in detail. This means that each step needs to be outlined and carefully planned out, but
 with a focus on simplicity. Creating a business plan that is focused clearly on what you
want to accomplish. Your endeavor must have focused goals that are actionable. These
should be short-term goals as well as long-term goals. Along with it, Understanding the
skills and knowledge that I’d bring to the table is essential. Compare this to the skills and
knowledge that may be required for success so that you can determine how you can
improve the situation. Learning more about service and leadership would fit into the
marketplace and address consumer needs and desires is essential. In assessing the
importance of business management skills including human resources management, the
failure of entrepreneurs is linked with deficiencies in business management skills, since
business situations are very complicated, unpredicted and changing requirements during
the business procedure. Furthermore, entrepreneurs must build a specific personality
features to be capable of facing this situation, the entrepreneur must act as a leader,
investor, inventor, accountant, marketing specialist and top sellers.

4. How will you measure your success as an entrepreneur?

- Many people dream of becoming entrepreneurs someday. But it made me realize

that their other factors that needs to be taken into consideration. Not everyone has the
vision, innovation and creativity to become an entrepreneur. The individual must have a
positive attitude and accept the responsibility, have discipline to meet their goals, and take
action when the opportunity presents itself. Many prefer a job security and rely on a weekly
paycheck, while entrepreneurs will take risks and doesn’t have that luxury to know the
amount of their income. Starting your own business can be exciting and it can become a
well- rewarded experience. As a student and a new person in business, you may lack
necessary knowledge and experience. But you can bridge the gap pretty fast. All you
need is to use your time smart. Opportunities are everywhere. Your status of a college
student provides you with lots of resources. Some people avoid working hard. They’re
waiting for a lucky moment or for someone to come and help them. However, this
approach won’t take you far. That’s why doing small steps every day will lead you to
more opportunities and better results. And spend months or even years on creating a
business plan, testing out the idea, searching for funding and other steps involved in
entrepreneurship.
