T.E. I'd like to imagine that you are discussing practical ways in which people can
fight against racism. How effective are each of the five suggestions?

1. Should we begin with education and raising awareness of the issue?

2. OK. I believe that studying the history of racism and its consequences is
important.

1. Could you clarify what you mean?

2. I'd like to point out the importance of informing your friends and family about this
issue in order to raise awareness of it.

1. I'm with you on that, actually it will also be useful to create safe spaces for people
who have suffered from racism.

2. Absolutely. I couldn't agree more. You can create support groups where people
can discuss their difficulties and get support.

1. Yes, it will be useful for them. It would also be good if people would change their
own perceptions of people based on their race and not translate their stereotypes
into actions or decisions.

2. Yes, that would be great, but that's not quite how I see it, because not everyone
can change their minds on a specific topic, so it won't be the most effective solution.
Victims of racism will benefit more from active support.

1. To my mind, I don't think it would help much more, but it's also a good idea to help
them find a lawyer or a job opportunity that they're obviously having trouble with. But
the most important thing is to start fighting racism in the youngest generations.

2. Exactly. Parents need to talk to children's, develop their worldview, and explain to
them about racism, why it is wrong, and how to recognize and avoid racist
statements and behaviors.

1. I completely agree with you on this, because it can lead to bad consequences if
this problem is not considered before.

2. Wow, we agree on a lot of things about this issue.

1. Yes, you can believe it; it's cool.
