2 Personal injury
bending switch Regular checks & obtaining fitness certificate of the cutting
and bending machine.
Ensure display equipment inspection tag on
cutting and bending machine.
Ensure display of bar size and quantity on cutting/bending
machine and strictly follow the same.
Only trained operaator should appoint.
Checking of Emergency switch, panel board, Starter, guard,
earthing,RCCB
Night work permit to be taken from concern engg.and safety
Darkness, fall of dept.
Personal injury, Ensure proper illumination during dark hours.
3 Work during dark hours person, fall of Electrical cable should lead min 2 m height. No exposed
damage to property
machinery electrical wire.Earthing.
Route shall be illuminated.
