THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA AND HIS
COMPANIAN JUDGES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF
INDIA.
MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the petitioners above named has preferred the
accompanying special leave petition under Article 136 of
the constitution , assailing the impugned judgment and final
order dated 19.05.22 passed by Hon’ble court of
Uttarakhand at nanital in of 2022 in criminal writ petition
no. 2094 of 2020.
 2. All the facts of the case are set out in detail in the synopsis
and list of Dates and Memo of Special Leave Petition.
Therefore, same are not being repeated for the sake of
brevity.
3. That along with Special Leave petition, the petitioners are
also filing Annexure P-1---------- which is in Hindi and
under the rules, same are required o be officially translated
into English.
4. That the petitioners have got the Annexures P-1------------
translated into English Privately and crave leave of this
Hon’ble court to exempt the petitioners from getting the
same officially translated.
5. That the petitioners are filling true and correct English
translation of the copies of Annexures P-1------------- which
may kindly be taken on record.
PRAYER
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble court
may graciously be pleased to :-
I. Exempt the petitioners from getting the Annexures P-1&
P-2 officially translated into English and take on record
its true and correct English translation being filed along
with Special Leave Petition; and/ or
II. Pass such other order or records as may be deemed fit
and proper in the circumstances of the case.
AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS PETITIONER IS IN
DUTY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY.
