JOB DESCRIPTION

MANAGER/ OWNER

The Operation manager will have all team leader, Specialty


cleaners or Cleaning Tech, Driver, reporting directly. The Goal of the
owner is instead of having 6-8 technicians reporting to the owner plus
the other responsibilities she had a team leader to report directly in the
management. Owner act as any other small business owner in that they
handle the daily operations that keep their business running. They were
many different hats as the owner and operator of the cleaning business
or franchise. The success or failure of the cleaning service business is
often the sole responsibility of this individual.
Cleaning service owner may start business from the ground up, as
they may work to acquire a franchise from a larger corporation or parent
company. No matter how they start their business, they must work to
promote it and draw in clients. The owner of business that clean offices
and houses are responsible for the hiring and training of cleaning
professionals. Owner must perform interviews and any background
check required to bring on maids and other cleaning professionals to
work for them.
Owner also must handle any disciplinary actions of specific
employees but responsible for their benefits and often supply them for
their employees. Cleaning service owner hold liability for the company,
and therefore must be heavily involved in the financial aspects of the
business. They must track all income and expenses, and business owner
are responsible for the profit and loss of the business as a whole.
Cleaning service owner act as small business owner in all of their
responsibilities and liabilities, which means they also must fulfill all tax
requirements each year, should be involved in evaluating the efficiency
of their staff, which may mean visiting client home or other sites where
the services are being provided and must advertise and handle all
publicity functions to bring in new clients and keep current clients
happy. As owner, those running a cleaning service usually have a hands-
on approach with all aspects of the business.
If they want it to be successful, they will usually be integrated into
each and every activity that the business performs and be aware of how
the clients feel about the work being provided.

TEAM LEADER
A Cleaner Team Leaders are responsible to
assign cleaning areas to staff, carry out daily
inspections to ensure cleaning operatives are cleaning
the premises effectively and ensuring that the cleaning
operatives follow health and safety procedures.
Cleaner Team Leaders are responsible for
ordering stocks of cleaning materials, and researching
potential developments in cleaning equipment’s that
could improve the service provided.
Cleaner Team Leaders are responsible for
ensuring that all cleansing operatives are effectively
trained and that their workload is manageable.

FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Team Leader are front line staff of the ALL CLEAN
BUSINESS.
* Team Leader have overall responsibility for the day- to-
day cleaning operation so that the building and its
surrounding area are clean and safe for people to live or
work in.
* Team Leader will undertake cleaning tasks within the
building but have additional responsibilities like
administration and supervision.
*Team Leader will be required to supervise that all areas
are to kept to a very high standard of cleanliness at all
times.
* Team Leader will deliver excellent customer service to
both guests, customers and staff.
* Team Leader will seek out opportunities to interacts
with the guests, and tenants in a positive manner to
enhance their experience at ALL CLEAN
MANAGEMENT.
*Team Leader have the responsibility to maintain the
assigned areas to a very high standard of cleanliness at all
times.
CLEANER TECHNOLOGIES
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or
office buildings.
* Cleans floors and rooms including dust, mopping, damp
mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects
off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
* Cleans restrooms including restocking dispensers, emptying
trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot
cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile
floors, and cleaning toilets.
* Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
* Set up, stocks and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
* Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned
areas.
* Transports dirty linens to correct area to be cleaned and
restocks areas with clean linens.

LICENSED DRIVERS:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Arranging regular cleaning and
maintenance services for the vehicle to
transport the members of ALL CLEAN
BUSINESS in a comfortable, safe and timely
manner.
* Driving daily to their desired destinations.
