Measurable Team Goals (see TW Figure 3.2 for ideas):


- Meet deadlines
- Meet at least one hour on a weekly basis via zoom or F2F
- Keep the whatsapp group updated with daily progress of each member
- Check each others work and provide honest feedback

Personal Goals (see Figure TW 3.2 for ideas):


Fajer: Improve my commincation skills
Aljouri: Accept and understand feedback from team members to improve weaknesses
Mohammed: Improve brainstorming and illustrating my ideas to others
Abdullah: Assign and divide work equally amongst team members

Individual Commitment (see TW Figure 3.2 for ideas):

- Fajer is willing to give honest feedback on the work created by other team members to improve work quality
- Aljouri is going to be as much helpful as possible in terms of completing tasks on time
- Abduallah is going to make sure every member is on task and be capable of doing whats assigned
- Mohammed is going to revise and edit overall work to provide high quality work

- Fajer is concerned about communcaitng her ideas clearly


- Aljouri is worried about meeting deadlines on time
- Abdullah needs to know each members weakness and strength to be able to assign suitable tasks for each
member
- Mohammed is concerned about tension between members

Conflict Resolution (see TW Figure 3.2 for ideas)

If we expericnce conflict even after discussing the issue, we will give two verbal warnings before going to the
instructer for help and take action.

Missed Deadlines (see TW Figure 3.2 for ideas)

If a team member misses a deadline, we would make sure to remind them via whatsapp before the deadline
approaches. If they fail to respond within 24 hours, we will address them in person. Failure to complete assigned work
even after addressing in person will result in informing the instructor.
Unacceptable Work (see TW Figure 3.2 for ideas)

If a team member fails to produce high quality work that is relevant to the assignment and meets its criteria, we will
try as a group to resolve this issue by doing a meeting to and working together to fix the issue and assign that member
a more suitable task next time to meet criteria.
