Your summary should consist of the following:
1. How humans affect one another
2. What happens in the Plasticity Process
3. How our body adjusts to actions and words
4. The conditions that affect our lifespan
5. The harmful effects of words on health

Humans affect one another through their words and actions. Plasticity process happens when our brain
changes its wiring after new experiences. Our brain slowly becomes tuned and pruned as we interact with others.
We also adjust other body conditions by our actions such as our breathing can synchronize with the beating of our
heart and the chemicals in their bloodstream. Humans will live longer if they have close, supportive, enjoyable
and responsive towards others. We will die sooner if we are persistently feel lonely, nobody to help regulate our
body system, bear an extra burden inside or lost source of keeping balance bodily system. Short term effects of
words has no physical damage on our brain and our body will recover later. However long terms effect of words
will gradually eat our brain and cause physical illness due to prolong stress.
