Dear Mrs. Orbiso,

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the horrible evening I had at your restaurant
"IL PRIMO." Although we had been promised flawless service, it wasn't. I scheduled a dinner
reservation on June 2nd, 2022, in an effort to impress my best friends who lived elsewhere. I
decided to have dinner at your restaurant since I had heard that the food is delicious and
authentic, but to my dismay, the service was appalling.

We arrived early for our 7:30 p.m. reservation, but to my surprise, our table was not yet
ready. We had to wait for an hour and fifteen minutes before we could order due to the extremely
poor service. The Maître d' responded to intermittent questions with abrasive disinterest. Thus,
my guests became extremely annoyed with your restaurant's service and with me, since I am the
one who invited them and made the reservations.

It was the weekend, and we were in a great mood to enjoy the night and catch up despite our
busy schedules, but because of the service, everything got ruined. I felt annoyed by this kind of
negligence.

I am quite dissatisfied with the service received and am hoping that moving forward, your
standards will improve. Please look into this and take appropriate action against the on-duty
workers for their carelessness. I anticipate hearing from you and am confident you will give the
situation careful thought.
