hereinafter refered as “Representative Of First Party”, therefor legally acting on
behalf of Director of Finance and General Affair PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur
(“First Party”)
Nitin Joshi : in his capacity of Licensing Manager, therefor legally acting on behalf of
Stamicarbon B.V, hereinafter refered as “Second Party”
Who later on individually be referred to as “Party” as the context requires and collectively as the “Parties”.
