Air Conditioners at HO, CR, NR & SR Schools
The City schools intend to make services agreements with well-reputed vendors who can
pride the doorstep quality services for the maintenance of 5052 Air Conditioners as per
the detail mentioned in Annexure “C” & scope mentioned below in Annexure “A”.

Following is the scope of services:

General Service: Twice a year (15th Jan~31st Jan)

(15th July~ 1st August)

Description: Complete checkup, including performance checking,

Filter service, gas leakage checking, washing &
cleaning, refilling gas & comprehensive service (by
disassembling & reassembling).

Disclaimer: The vendor will be responsible to provide free

rectification if the fault occurs within 15 days
of general services.

In Emergency Case:
10% on 1 day late,
20% on the proceeding day of Job Value.
Normal:
1% Per day of job value after one week of escalation
