1. Ola may approach State Government for fixing the

Cross Subsidy Surcharge at 50% of the present level and
capping it for atleast 12 years as also recommneded in
MoP notifcation

2. The Cross Subsidy shall be fixed at the same level for

Hybrid Projects, presently there is no such provision.

The Additional Surcharge may be waived off for the

entire project life in line with MoP notification
