Scope of 1. To Design, Supply, Install and commissioning of 3 axes Rate Table as


BEPL per DLRL Tender specifications
2. To prepare PDR on the inputs provided by DLRL and will submit to
DLRL for approval
3. To prepare ATP document based on the inputs provided by DLRL and get approval
from DLRL
4. Based on the ATP approval BEPL will conduct functional test to prepare Factory
Acceptance Test
5. Test Jigs will be developed for testing the modules as per the ATP
document
DLRL Scope 1. DLRL to provide specifications, tentative configuration, interface details of
Three axes servo system.
2. DLRL will conduct the PDR and finalize the configuration.
3. DLRL will provide necessary technical clarification and regularly monitor
the progress for meeting the time schedules committed by us.
4. Will provide the inputs for preparation of ATP for conducting electrical
ATP prepared by us will be approved by DLRL. ATP will be generated
based on the tests and methodology suggested by DLRL.
5. To ensure proper levelled mounting surface.

Delivery 3 axes Rate Table will be offered for functional inspection within six to eight
months from the date of purchase order. Or six months from date of design
approval whichever is later.
Drawings will be submitted within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the PO.
It is expected that DLRL approve the design document is a week's time. It is
expected that inspection by DLRL will commence within a reasonable time of
7days from the date of offer for inspection.
In an unlikely event, inspection does not commence within 10 days BEPL
will deliver the items irrespective of issuance of dispatch clearance letter by
DLRL. In such event for dispatch of the item, no separate clearance or letter
from DLRL will be required. Inspection in such case will commence later i.e.
after delivery.
Delivery is subject to Force Majeure Clause

order value for a duration of warranty period + 2 months.
