Banana Muffin

Ingredients Quantity Units


All-purpose flour 1 C
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
salt ½ tsp
bananas 3 Pcs (large) mashed
White sugar ¾ cup cup
Egg 1 egg
butter 1/3 Cup (melted)

Mise en Place
➢ Preheat the oven to 200*C (390*F)
➢ Grease baking tray and set aside.
➢ Sift flour and salt together.
Procedure:
➢ Pre heat oven to 350°F. Coat muffin pans with non-stick or use paper liner. Sift together
the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
➢ Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl. Fold in flour
mixture and mix until smooth. Scoop into muffin pans.
➢ Bake in preheated oven. Bake mini muffins for 10 to 15 minutes, and large muffins for
25 to 30 minutes. Muffin will spring back when lightly topped.
