    DESIGNATION OF OFFICERS-IN-CHARGE

    1.0 May I request for the approval of the attached Application for Leave of the
    undersigned on September 21-23, 2022 (Special Privilege Leave), October 3, 10,
    17, 24, and 31 (Forced Leave) and September 26 to November 8, 2022 (Vacation
    Leave).

    2.0 This resubmission is in compliance to the directive of the Administrative Service


    (AS) upon the prior submission of the same on September 5, 2022.

    3.0 Moreover, may I request the designation of the following officials of this office on
    the said period:
