Completing the dialogue between a master’s student and his father:

Dear my son, tell me something about your module of Coaching


and Team Building?

In this module, we learned how to know if we need to build a


team and train them in an effective way in a “coaching
sessions” by using questions to foster communication
between them.
In other way, this means to help the team members to discover
their potential and capacities to increase their performance
and achieving the set goals.

What is the relationship between this module and your field of


study ‘management’?

This module helps the management to being effective, as we


know all, the modern management theories consider the human
factor the essential source of profit so training them well in
groups will increase communication and collaboration between
them, motivate them more to work well and achieve the goals
better than their work individually.

How will this module help you later on when you become a
manager at a workplace?
Dear dad, the certificate alone isn’t enough to be a good
manager with leadership spirit; it needs a lot of qualities and
potential such as observation, responsibility, sociability and
creativity. Etc

This module helps me to develop my driving abilities in a


way that helps the work team and makes them comfortable,
whatever the topic. It is through effective communication
between me and them.

When I succeed in making them feel safe, this will be


reflected in their productivity, which will multiply
fantastically, also, I won't need to hire a coach, it will be me
and this is good for me as a manager.
