    GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION.

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF M/S GULF NATIONAL WAYS (MAINCONTRACTOR)


    1-Water Stopper, Hazen Clothe and curing compound, Dowell bar, expansion joint sheet and
    sealant, concrete cover or binding wire shall be in the scope of GULF NATIONAL WAYS
    2- Additional Requirements like electricity, water supply for site as well as preparation of area.
    3-GNW Shall provide Concrete, Reinforcement Steel for the quoted works.
    4. All Heavy Machinery wherever required.
    RESPONSIBILITIES OF M/S WHITE PEARL INTERNATIONAL SUBCONTRACTOR:

    1. Medical Facility for the workers.


    2. Mobilization and de-mobilization of workers.
    3. Rest all the items are included as per the aforementioned Bill of quantities.
    4. All manpower and tools required to carry out the described works will be provided by the
    Subcontractor.
    5. Shuttering shall be in the scope of White Pearl International. Also Cutting and bending
    machine for steel.
    6. The Subcontractor shall observe all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
    All workers shall be equipped with full Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) by the
    Subcontractor.
    7. Subcontractor representative qualified English speaking Foreman will be available on the
    Site.
    8. Subcontractor will commence the works as per further written instruction by the
    Contractor.
    9- Food, Transportation and Accommodation shall be provided by the subcontractor
    Contractor.

    Basis of Rates

    All unit rates are in OMANI Rial.

    Financial Terms and Conditions


    1. 30 Days after submission of invoice
    2. 5% VAT will be charge with monthly invoice
    3. 10 % advance payment for Mobilization.
