Aided in the overall management and implementation of the Millennium Challenge Cooperation-funded/USAID-
managed Local Governance Development Program (LGDP) in support of Jordan's Threshold Country Plan. The
program assessed gender and community issues at the national and municipal levels in 9 municipalities in order to
identify strategies for strengthening civil society-municipality relationships. LGDP implemented activities that
involved municipal Local Development Units, local community members, the private sector, and CSOs after quickly
identifying target municipalities.
 Oversaw designing, establishment, and training of the Women Knowledge Network for female council
members and the Youth Mock Parliament.
 Contributed to the identification of opportunities for the $5M Special Incentive Fund to support municipal
development initiatives, and assisted CoP in managing the Fund;
 Coordinated with the Chief of Party (CoP) to maintain relationships with the Government of Jordan.
