LIFE AND PEACE INSTITUE- SENIOR PROGRAMME ADVISOR-
Key Responsibilities:
 As an acting Country Programme Manager, I Lead and manage the Somalia country program including
Designing, implementing, and monitoring.
 Lead and Focal MEAL person of the Somalia Country programme.
 Design and develop Monitoring and evaluation tools, and framework strategies. Documenting “Success stories”
and OH using designed Mentoring tools such as photovoice, Web-based online/offline and systems such as
Kobo collect, ODK, R programming, Power BI, excel and others to contribute to organizational reporting and
learning.
 Plan and execute situational/context analysis, baseline, midterm, third-party monitoring (TPM), remote call
monitoring (RCM), and other field monitoring activities to ensure accountability and learning. This includes
drafting Terms of Reference(ToR) and contracts and recruitment of Third-party Evaluation consultants, field
accompaniment and in close coordination with the partners, providing logistics support during data collection.
 Team leader and project focal person for the integrated Humanitarian and peacebuilding emergency
intervention project to address the impact of drought in 2022 in Galgadud and Hiran.
 Participated and contributed to the meetings of the Cash working group and Wash clusters during the
implementation of the Emergency project implementation. Also, participate in the Somalia Ngo Consortium
Peacebuilding working group.

monitoring and evaluating the Social Sector Roadmap, its milestones, and activities.
