quantities, we will be honored to submit our offer to your esteemed organization.

This document constitutes our offer based on a set of assumptions and facts that were gathered through
our above-mentioned correspondence any changes in the scope of product or service, will be subject for
review.

Project Assumption:

 Provide Snacks meal boxes for Tanzifco employees at Ahmadi Hospital.

 Delivery performed by equipped trucks as per food safety measurements.

Tariq Alghanim Ltd Obligations:

 Tariq Alghanim Ltd. is responsible to provide packed snacks boxes at Tanzifco .

 Each snacks boxes include Sandwiches, fruit, Juice or soft drink.
Catering Service – Rate (KWD):

Snacks Meal boxes 0.370 KWD Per Box

Duration & Payment terms:

 Payment terms is considered 15 days from the date of the invoice.

 Above rate is valid for minimum 700 Pax.
 Duration of contract 7 years.

Proposal Validity:

• Our proposal is valid for 14 days from the submission date.
