Berjadual* berjumtah RM X.A0 bulanan. Saya membenarkan AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd. menolak daripada Akawn
Simpanan Sijil untuk membayar Caj-caj Silil seknnya NilaiAkaun dari Akaun Perlindungan Siiil tidak mencukupi untuk
menampung Caj-caj Sli/ lersebut.

-Note: 95% of the above addrtional contribution, after deducting Wakalah fee of 5%, w ill be allocated according to your
current investnent allocation for Scheduled Top-Up in your Certif icate (if available). [f you have not opted for Scheduled
Top-Up before, the allocation w ill follow the regular contribution investnent allocation as per your Certif icate.
