Sub – Application to avail attendance during internship period in January

Dear Sir,

Through the instrumentality of this application, I most humbly put forward my request to grant me
prior approval of attendance for the period 1 st January to 31st January, which will be missed due to my
ongoing internship at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, Hyderabad.

The internship period was from 15th December to 28th February. I have attached along with this
application-

1. Copy of internship acceptance email.

I hereby assure and affirm that I will submit my Internship Certificate to you on the successful
completion of my internship. I most humbly pray to grant me the attendance which will be missed due
to compulsory internship, for which I shall be forever obliged.
