Note:

1. Admission on the rehearsal day for convocation will be subject to showing the Acknowledgment
receipt downloadable from the University of Haripur website.
2. Make sure you and your registered guest(s) have CNICs that will be used as identification for entry to
the campus and event.
3. Collect gowns and invitation Cards on the 26th of January 2024 from the Examination Section.
4. Gowns will be issued by examination section on 26th of January 2024 from 09:00 AM to 11:30 AM via
payment of Rs. 250/- as rent and Rs. 1000/- as security amount refundable on return of gown on the
same day.
5. Strictly follow the additional guidelines as and when issued by the office of the Controller of
Examinations.
6. It is mandatory to attend the full dress rehearsal. Graduates not attending the rehearsal may not be
allowed to participate in convocation.
