Please accept my hearty congratulations on behalf of the Institute!

We are pleased to inform you that you have been offered provisional admission to our
Master of Business Administration (MBA) program for the batch of 2024–26. The academic
year for the MBA commences from July 2024. Your provisional admission will be confirmed
subject to your fulfilling the eligibility conditions stipulated in CAT 2023. Your result has
been processed on the basis of the information provided by you (i) in the CAT 2023
Application Form and (ii) the supporting documents.

Your provisional admission will be revoked if;

(a) You fail to send the acceptance latest by 15-May-2024 05:00 PM. along with
acceptance fee of Rs. 50,000/-
(b) You fail to satisfy necessary requirements for admission and registration.
(c) You fail to produce scanned copies at the time of online registration and originals during
the document verification of your certificates, transcripts and other academic credentials as
stipulated in CAT 2023 website.
(d) A fee of Rs. 2,68,000/- (Rs. Two Lakh Sixty-Eight Thousand only) would be payable for
registration of term- I, latest by 20-May-2024 05:00 PM.

Course
MBA at IIM Kashipur is a two-year full-time residential program.

Accommodation
You will be provided on-campus accommodation.

Fee
The yearly expenses on tuition, teaching material, library, and other fee would be
approximate Rs. 8,82,000/- for the 1st year.

Registration & Reporting

IIM Kashipur requires you to register yourself online. Physical document verification will be
done subsequently by the admission office at the time of On-campus registration. Failure to
complete the online registration as required will be construed as withdrawal of the
candidate and right to admission will be forfeited.

Documents
Bring all the original transcripts and work experience certificates as specified in Joining
Instructions, when you are requested for reporting to the campus.

Withdrawal
In case you decide to withdraw from the MBA program of IIM Kashipur before date of
commencement of orientation and induction sessions (Date of commencement of
induction and orientation sessions- 24th June 2024), your entire fee will be refunded
after deducting a processing fee of Rs. 1,000/-, subject to the submission of withdrawal
request only through online admission portal. Only caution money of Rs.9,000/- (Rs. Nine
Thousand only) will be refunded if you have paid term- I fee, after commencement of the
orientation and induction program.

MBA Term I begins on 1st July 2024.

In order to make our campus safe and green, driving Motorized vehicles is strictly
prohibited for students in the campus. The students are directed not to bring any
motorized vehicle inside the campus.
By accepting this offer, you agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of IIM Kashipur
and agree to follow the Admission Policy of Indian Institute of Management Kashipur.

Legal Issues
"All disputes arising out of or in respect of admission to the MBA shall be referred for
arbitration to the Director of IIM Kashipur or his nominee, whose decision shall be final and
binding on the parties. All matters shall be subject to the Kashipur Jurisdiction."
