X and Y are partners in a firm. They want to expand their business. For this they required more capital. For
this purpose, X asked to his friend Z to join the firm and to bring enough amount as per the need of the firm.
Z agreed to join the firm. All the partners were agreed to share the profit and loss the business equally and in
case of any dispute, firm will follow the rules of Partnership act 1932.Manager will be given commission
@10% p.a. and remaining profit will be appropriated amongst the partners.
