Last week you were at a train station. In the station there was a vending machine selling books.

You
wanted a book to read on the train so you put money in, but it didn't give you the book or any change.
Write a letter of complaint to the company that is responsible for the vending machine and demand a
solution.

Plan

 Paragraph 1: Why are you writing?

 Paragraphs 2 and 3: What happened? What are the facts?
 Paragraph 4: What solution do you demand? What will you do if there is no solution?

Dear Sir,

I would like to make a formal complain about an issue that happened when I wanted to read a book
from vending machine. The incident left me without any change or book.

On Saturday 25th March, I was at the train station and saw a vending machine with books. I put 500
denari in, but I was dissapointed when it didn’t give me any book neither any change.

I was mad when I contacted the machine brand and they informed me that they would check and recall
me the next day. After 3 days I am furious because I havent got any call from them, and they left me
waiting. The worst part of this incident was because that they were my last money.

I urge you to reconsider your policies because it is unfair to deceive customers like that. I look forward
to your response.
